Dean's Message
Welcome to the Faculty of Science and Technology. It is my great pleasure to serve as the Faculty Dean and be able to work with a team of academic and supporting staff who have strong commitment in education and teaching to nurture a new generation of professionals.
Our History
The Faculty of Science and Technology (FOST) was established in 1994 under the Purbanchal University Act, 2050 (1994)”. In 1996, it started three years Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.) program in Biratnagar which was the pioneer program of Nepal but currently FOST has offered four years Bachelor Programs in IT, Engineering and two years Master Program based on credit hours and semester system.
